- Deliver high-quality support to all open projects of the Technical Team, ensuring clients receive the best assistance and resolving escalated customer complaints.
- Manage and control project elements, providing reports to the Technical Director on project status.
- Establishing project objectives through the review of project proposals and plans, and consultation with management.
- Ensure the project schedule is maintained by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any encountered problems.
- Sustain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Requirements:
- CAPM/PMP/Scrum Certified
- Degree and above
- At least 2 years of experience in handling small-mid size IT solution projects.
