Assistant Store Manager at Chinatown (Near MRT)

Job Description:

1. Manage and train employees

2. Improve on store and sales presentation

3. Manage and schedule employees work shift and attendance

4. Ensure maximum efficiency in staff and store to meet sales targets

5. Inventory management

6. Ensure storefront is kept clean and presentable at all times

7. Be part of the hiring and training process

8. Uphold high standards of customer service


Job Requirements:

1. Prior work experience as a Retail Supervisor or Retail Assistant Manager

2. Positive attitude and pleasant demeanour with strong customer service abilities

Ability to lead and guide a team
