Working hours is Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm
Location : Loyang
1. Re-image brand new desktops with the image provided by customer.
2. Contact end-user to arrange for an appointment and bring the new desktop to user’s desk.
3. Backup users data from the old desktop onto ext hdd or transfer the data directly to the new desktop (whichever is applicable)
4. Copy the backup data into new desktop (if applicable)
5. Join the new desktop to the domain
6. Install any additional application/software required (using the old desktop as reference).
7. Handover the new desktop to the end users
8. Collect back the old desktop for decom.
9. Update the refresh tracking spreadsheet accordingly.
