Quality Manager- Travelling required for this role
Job Description:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence and consistency of products through implementation of robust quality control measures
- Drive continuous improvement
- Possess exceptional leadership skills
- Implement advanced monitoring system to ensure product quality and optimize yield
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality
- Lead initiatives to integrate and improve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures
- Drive initiatives to improve internal quality control procedures and enhance overall process capability
- Implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency
- Take the lead in addressing and improving customer reported issues
- Compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing corrective actions and preventive measures
- Devise and implement plans to optimize quality inspection processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to improve inspection efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- 10 to 15 years of experience in High Tech industries
- Salary ranges between S$7,000 TO $8,500 per month
