Main Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and plan with the marketing team from various e-commerce platforms on marketing campaigns and promotion structure.
2. Pick and pack for fulfilment of online orders.
3. Customer Service management such as daily customer enquiries.
4. Handling returns, exchanges & refunds cases.
5. Assisting with data collection and input in e-commerce system.
6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Related experience will be preferred but not required
2. Good teamwork and communication skills
3. Operate with a sense of urgency, takes initiatives and has strong attention to details
4. A reliable team player who can work independently and proactively with a can-do attitude
