Job Descriptions:
Working jointly with the Sales and Marketing team to identify customer pain points, develop technical solutions, present EdgeNext's values, and address any technical objections for prospects and clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Mainly collaborate with the Sales team to evaluate customers' requirements, develop sales strategies, and provide technical proposals.
2. Provide assistance and consultancy to Marketing team to develop marketing and sales strategies.
3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and values to prospects and clients.
4. Provide timely and efficient support to prospects and clients during trials, onboarding, and post-sales support.
5. Handle multiple strategic accounts .
6. Provide input on processes and procedures to scale the Sales Engineering organization.
7. Frequent sharing on new technology trends and features to the Engineering team.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in quantitative or technical degree required.
2. Basic knowledge of CDN , including edge caching, load balancing, video streaming delivery.
3. Solid understanding of TCP and HTTP with troubleshooting capabilities.
4. Experiences with Web Application Firewall, Bot Management, Anti-DDoS technology and any other related security products.
5. Experiences or knowledge of related competitors and industry trends.
6. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
7. Proven experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting language, or other programming languages.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations – to both technical and executive audiences.
9. Strong relationship-building skills
10. Written and verbal fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
