Overview:
A Management Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a school. This role involves overseeing various administrative and managerial tasks to support the overall functioning of the educational institution.
Job Description:
Student Admissions:
- Serves as Admissions officer to oversee admissions processes (DSA / JAE)
- Conceptualize admission procedures, manage registration website, and maintain student databases.
- Coordinate test dates, selection interviews, and compile final admission lists.
Student Matters:
- Coordinate health and dental screenings, NRIC issuance, and Quality of School Experience (QSE) survey.
- Conceptualize and coordinate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and 3rd language updates.
- Manage postings exercises, (New intake students) Orientation, and assist with school tours/Open house.
Parents Support Relations:
- Support Parent-In-Action (PAACT) logistics for AGM, meetings, and special events.
- Coordinate PAACT membership registration Orientation.
- Keep parents informed of school events and updates from the Ministry of Education (MOE).
- Liaise with PAACT for fundraising initiatives and manage donation card printing and distribution.
Other Responsibilities:
- Conduct learners engagement surveys on a semester basis.
- Cover daily reception duties from time to time
- Verify student records with HR agencies and manage the printing of name cards.
- Administer the International Student Perception Survey.
- Provide coverage for reception and Student Services Centre (SSC) duties when required.
- Manage projects related to signage, donor board, and partnership board.
- Assist in Parent-Teacher Meetings and School Tours on actual days.
Requirements:
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Candidate with prior working experience in schools will be preferred.
- Ability to adapt in fast paced environment.
Contract Details:
- 1 year contract, March 2024 - March 2025
- Working hours: Weekdays, 9am - 6pm
