Overview:

A Management Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a school. This role involves overseeing various administrative and managerial tasks to support the overall functioning of the educational institution.


Job Description:


Student Admissions:

  • Serves as Admissions officer to oversee admissions processes (DSA / JAE)
  • Conceptualize admission procedures, manage registration website, and maintain student databases.
  • Coordinate test dates, selection interviews, and compile final admission lists.

Student Matters:

  • Coordinate health and dental screenings, NRIC issuance, and Quality of School Experience (QSE) survey.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and 3rd language updates.
  • Manage postings exercises, (New intake students) Orientation, and assist with school tours/Open house.

Parents Support Relations:

  • Support Parent-In-Action (PAACT) logistics for AGM, meetings, and special events.
  • Coordinate PAACT membership registration Orientation.
  • Keep parents informed of school events and updates from the Ministry of Education (MOE).
  • Liaise with PAACT for fundraising initiatives and manage donation card printing and distribution.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Conduct learners engagement surveys on a semester basis.
  • Cover daily reception duties from time to time
  • Verify student records with HR agencies and manage the printing of name cards.
  • Administer the International Student Perception Survey.
  • Provide coverage for reception and Student Services Centre (SSC) duties when required.
  • Manage projects related to signage, donor board, and partnership board.
  • Assist in Parent-Teacher Meetings and School Tours on actual days.

Requirements:

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Candidate with prior working experience in schools will be preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in fast paced environment.

Contract Details:

  • 1 year contract, March 2024 - March 2025
  • Working hours: Weekdays, 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Bukit Timah
