· Assist operations of all HR and Admin functions and duties especially in the area of foreign manpower
- Handle foreign workers payroll, work pass application/renewal and leaves, etc.
- Timely Collection of foreign workers timesheets and attendance records and inputting details into the payroll system accurately
- Managing of staff and foreign workers leave & benefits administration etc
- Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Collate staff expense claims and monitor annual / medical leave
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- Maintain work pass record tracking and follow-up closely on all work pass transactions
- Deal directly with foreign manpower on daily basis to settle their issues
- Handle company insurances especially for foreign workers workmen compensation and medical and other relevant insurances
- Requisition and maintenance of office suppliers and consumables
- Attend to visitors of all levels
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by Director
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Good MS office skills and good knowledge of IT skills
- Must be meticulous
- Experience in Construction Industry preferred
