The Job:
- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
- Provide monthly CRM and performance updates to all key internal stakeholder
- Ensure that all customer marketing communications are compliant.
- Manage and monitor daily requests, issues and escalations with agencies and customer
- Manage daily support, troubleshoot and maintenance of Salesforce
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions and workflow
The Requirements:
- Min Degree Holder with Internship Working experience
- Proficient In MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
