Meta’s Small Business Group is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to manage global and regional sales enablement activity in support of our frontline sales.
The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to Meta's mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business.
This role is directly involved with enabling our front line agents who serve Small Businesses across the world.
The Small Business Group at Meta is one of two sales channels responsible for Meta’s multi-billion dollar advertising business. Our Small Business Team helps more than 99% of Meta’s 10 million plus advertisers, and our potential business is even larger with more than 200 million businesses using our free tools to connect with customers.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving success in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment, and will be adept at leading through influence and driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
This position is a full time role located in our Singapore office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead/Partner with cross-functional teams regionally and globally to develop the go-to vendor sales enablement plans in support of regional sales priorities
- Responsible for execution, development and/or optimisation of global and regional enablement strategies that improve frontline seller readiness and result in high impact and high quality advertiser experiences.
- Evaluate performance data and behavioral trends to drive improvements across the full enablement experience and juggle competing priorities
- Build a culture of insights to action, represent and drive feedback from sales agents/advertisers back to vendor and internal global and regional cross functional partners
- Track progress against goals and manage vendors teams to meet and exceed enablement metrics* (differs by projects)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management
- Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills with prior experience working across regional and global partners.
- Strong sales experience/aptitude and leading go-to-market initiatives
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience
- Experience prioritizing and focusing on driving growth
- Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in close partnership with external partners e.g. Outsourced Vendors, Advertising Agencies etc
- Program management skills
- Project Management skills
- BA/BS Degree, or equivalent, in related field
