KEY ACTIVITIES
The IT Change Manager Lead will help oversee it’s internal and external IT and tech needs.
· Manage overall changes in relation to the client’s need to manage and implement new ICT systems and conceptualise initiatives;
· Oversee and manage project activities for a smooth rollout of any system required by the client;
· Oversee and manage the change process for system enhancements and managing client’s other suppliers (including checking that they deliver their deliverables on schedule and informing the client of any delays);
· Manage application development and maintenance issues with the client’s users and client’s other suppliers;
· Manage client user expectations, maintain good rapport with client users and understand client users’ requirements;
· Adhere to quality management system (“QMS”) and other audit requirements; and
· Provide to client status updates of application development or maintenance
PROFILE
· A degree in computer science/information technology or related area;
· Minimum of 10 years working experience in the ICT industry;
· IT team management experience. Have managed at least 5 ICT personnel (applications and infrastructure) for at least 5 years;
· Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills;
· Results-oriented and customer-oriented;
· Good team player with strong organisation and people management skills;
· Good competency in spoken and written English.
· Experience managing medium to large scale IT projects;
Requirements
· Project management experience;
· Project management and IT service management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent;
Experience with:
· Working in the public sector/Government agencies;
· Agile project development;
· Continuous integration (CI) / continuous deployment (CD);
· Use of data visualisation tools and reporting tools;
· Use of robotic process automation tools, low-code form building and reporting tools;
· Implementation of system in cloud environment (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
