We are looking for someone to provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization's sales function. This role is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.


Must have skills:

  • Should have prior experience in B2B tech marketing with experience in Product Marketing, Sales Strategies.
  • Promote company products and services.
  • Sales experience - revenue generating role; leading from couple of million to 15 to million dollar - minimum requisite - at least 3 years proven track record Sold to financial organization - risk compliance space (or sold to equivalent buyers).
  • Develop plans and strategies and manage sales budget.
  • Proven success partnering with sales teams worldwide.
  • Must be able to converse proficiently in Mandarin.


Good to have skills:

  • Proven success partnering with sales teams worldwide.
  • Experience with AML or FinTech background.
  • Have thorough knowledge of new market trends.


Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales jobs; overseeing the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel.
  • Ensuring all key sales and sales management associates are held accountable for assigned results.
  • Provides leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
  • Identify marketing strategies and compelling campaigns and partnerships to accelerate revenue growth, drive traffic to our website, and increase sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
  • Identify market opportunities for growth based on customer feedback, market data, and analyst or industry leader input.
  • Lead cross-functional campaigns for product launch or demand generation and specify messaging and offers as well as desired outcomes like responses, MQL and ROI.
  • Identify best practices and opportunities to optimize messaging and content to maximize campaign effectiveness and share key insights with across the organization and members of the board.


Requirements:

  • Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Candidate should have MBA In Marketing from tier I B-schools. And at least 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.
