Responsible for building and leading a team of to help drive revenue.
Job Description
Act as the key account interface, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers/principals, providing solutions and services that best support clients need
Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with customers by planning visits/meeting, as well as timely address of customers’ enquiries and feedback
Coordinate and participate in an industry trade shows, seminars, and forums as and when necessary
Develop sales and marketing strategies with an action plan to infiltrate and expand into new markets
Drive business expansion, explore, and target business growth opportunities
Keep track and analyse market trends, and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates
Develop, execute, and deliver quality solution focused proposals, presentations, tenders, and quotations based on project requirements
Identify, plan, and execute new projects. Closely monitor project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction
Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of Sales experience in the Engineering industry.
Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with relevant counterparts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
Good in negotiation, coordination and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to travel overseas for business if required
