Job Description
- To support and coordinate with sales department.
- To attend customers & suppliers phone calls related to products and order inquiries.
- To assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery.
- To ensure all materials are purchased/delivered according to required specifications & requirements as stated in PO/DO.
Job Requirment
- Required Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in steel industries is highly preferred.
- Immediate starter is preferable
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales Coordinator/ Sales support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encourage to apply.
