- Preparing Rebar-Schedule
- Maintaining good working relationships and close liaison with site personnel
- To liaise with client's Project Engineer and plan for daily and weekly construction activity.
- To provide constant supervision of all construction activities, ensuring good safety practices, quality of work, housekeeping, on time work schedule and to specifications.
- To work with Engineers and ensure full compliance of relevant company, group and regulatory authority regulation, code of practice, standards and procedures of project construction works.
- Supervise a team of workers on daily site operation.
- Prepare and conduct mandatory site meeting / training as needed.
- Inspect work area regularly for potential hazards and rectify it.
- Managing and resolving site issues.
- Report to Project Manager/ Site Manager project schedule.
- Monitor and coordinate the works with foreman on site.
- At least 10 years of similar capacity relevant working experience
- Ability to understand and interpret Civil & Structural drawings
- BCSS and Certificate in Construction is a MUST
- Fluent in Mandarin. Must be able to read and write
- Able to prepare BBS
- Able to resolve any on-site issues independently
