Student Hostel Customer Service
Location : Telok Blangah Rise, Singapore 098888
Working Hour : 5.5 days, 1pm - 10pm from Monday to Friday, 1pm - 5pm on Saturday , Sunday OFF
Salary : $2200-$2500
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new hostelites including arranging airport pickup, check-in and orientation
- Assist to manage disciplinary problems and provide counselling to ensure all hostel regulations are followed
- Assist to update hostel data including payment records
- Provide assistance to hostel students when needed
- Perform housekeeping tasks before new check-in, including removing and putting on bed linens, mattress protectors, blankets and curtains for washing.
- Report maintenance deficiencies and work with the operations team to ensure optimum services are provided to the students
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor
