Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, credit notes and delivery orders
- Prepare monthly statement of account (SOA) to customer
- Compute and maintain all cost of products manufactured
- Preparing weekly local sales report
- General admin support for the accounts team
- To assist monthly accounts closing
- Filing
Key Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Some experience in stock and costing knowledge
- Has initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed and meticulous
- Familiar with FACT Accounting System is a PLUS.
- Demonstrate independence to complete tasks within given timeline
