We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Assistant | Aesthetic Therapist to join our team. Our clinic is a leading provider of aesthetic and cosmetic services, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Assist doctor in a range of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including laser, injectables, and skincare services.
• Assist with consultations and advise clients on the best treatments for their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Manage inventory and orders of supplies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and taking payments.
Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in aesthetics or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
