Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Tender Costing before presented to Superiors for Management meeting
- Works pro-actively, coordinate and present reports for Management approval
- Attend and respond to to all Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums
- Performe due diligence works scope and responsibility
- Basic QS job scope including Measurement and Calling Quotation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ relevant working Quantity Surveyor experience
- At least 3 - 5 years' experience in A & A works tender
- Ability to read and understand construction contracts
- Possess good negotiation and communication skills
