Senior Manager, Revenue Optimization

Summary of Job Responsibilities

To lead the data analytics team with producing reports, analyzing trends and performance, and other ad-hoc analyses in order to contribute to the Revenue Optimization department in its goal to maximize gaming profit.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the analytics team to analyze various aspects of the casino operations, including product and area performance, operational and manpower efficiency, dealer performance etc.
  • Maintains an understanding of business goals and operations
  • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Oversees implementation of KPIs
  • Oversee analytics projects to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
  • Collaborate with casino operation team to drive data driven business decisions and recommendation to optimize the gaming floor and gaming product.
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence, data warehouse, IT and smart IR teams to implement analytical solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or other analytical fields preferred.

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in analytics required.

· Experience in data analytics from Casino Industries preferred.

· Experience building and implementing predictive models and machine learning preferred.

· Experience leading a small analytics team will be an added advantage.

· Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, R, etc.

· Highly proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau.

· Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
