Job Description:
- Participate in Career Fair, Internship and any other recruitment project
- Handle employee onboarding procedures and issue notices.
- Apply for and update work permits for foreign employees, and handle appeals.
- Establish employee records, including physical and electronic files.
- Prepare performance evaluation forms and confirmation letters for all employees.
- Handle employee offboarding procedures.
- Communicate with outsourced employees and check monthly invoices.
- Employee care and support, from their initial onboarding to their departure.
- Government Surveys and Reports
- Assist in processing employee visa applications.
- Booking air tickets for foreign employees leaving the country
- Employee onboarding and offboarding statistics
- Other new or ad-hoc assignment to support the HR function
Job Requitements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
- At least 2 years of related work experience Knowledge of BIPO HR Solution will be an advantage
- At least 3 years of payroll processing experience
- Has strong passion in interacting with people and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
- Good administrative and Computer literacy.
