Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support in training and material preparations and other logistics purposes.
- Assist in training, marketing, and execution of both physical and virtual training events (e.g., webinars, talks and workshops)
- Assist in managing training calendar to ensure all training programmes are running smoothly and timely.
- Coordination of all course registrations and enrolments.
- Assist in handling trainers, clients, and end-users’ feedback, enquires, and correspondences.
- Provide support in answering incoming calls, appointment bookings, and administrative supports whenever is needed at night or weekend.
- Work closely with Finance on payment and fee collection matters.
- Ad hoc admin support whenever requested by the Executive Director.
Requirements:
- GCE “O” Level and above
- Work or volunteer experience with non-profits will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with three years’ experience in administrative field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused.
- A good team player.
- Proficient in IT-related troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to multi-task and be flexible to cover front-desk duties.
