We are actively seeking a Consultant for CX/UX Process Design for an established client in the pharma/innovative medicine industry. The Consultant will be deployed at a Technology Product Management Team responsible for technical campaign journey management and digital engagement analytics across Asia Pacific. The goal is to ensure a connectivity and personalized Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience through omnichannel activities and data insights.
Platform connectivity – SFDC Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Treasury Data CDP, Sitecore and Drupal Analytics, Google GCP and BigQuery.
Goal and Objectives:
· Improve/enhance customer centricity design;
· Increase user engagement, improving easiness of using the apps/website.
Requirement:
· 4-5 years of solid experience in designing customer/user centric websites and/ or appswhich are user friendly, and with proven success or measurable results
· Proven CX design flow portfolio
· Ability to bridge the business needs to the digital marketing vendor through strong and targeted communication for stakeholders
· Good project management skills with minimum supervisor
