Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist with site progress claims, quotations, quantities take off, additional variation works, compilation of documents as and when directed by Project Manager.
- To correspond and liaise with Client, subcontractors, suppliers for various queries and clarifications in regard to project's additional variation orders, Banker Guarantee and all related matters.
- To assist in day-to-day works matters from various project teams and following up closely with them in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Knowledge and application of SOP Act, PSSCOC and SIACOC will be advantageous though training will be provided.
- To assist, prepare and ready for any impromptu urgent contractual matters as directed by Contracts Manager on the functional role as well
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of working experiences in M&E Quantity surveying
• Experience in handling large-scale construction projects will be advantageous
• Knowledge and application of SOP Act, PSSCOC and SIACOC will be advantageous
