We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 8 years of expertise to join our team focused on the Reporting Platform. As a subject matter expert in the Cash Management domain, particularly in Reporting, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the team's technical and functional capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver effective solutions that evolve the Bank's Cash Management platforms, supporting business growth and achieving objectives in the APAC region.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Team Lead or Lead Business Analyst, functioning as a Functional Analyst.
- Conduct end-to-end business and functional analysis for Cash Management services related to the reporting platform and products in Asia Pacific countries.
- Propose viable solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and user experience, and align with business initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, work ethic, team spirit, and exceptional customer service attitude. Operations experience is advantageous.
- Generate requirements in the form of user stories for vendors, review vendor FS (where applicable), and provide approval for artefacts and solutions produced by the vendor.
- Identify and map information requirements between BNPP internal systems and external parties, ensuring continuous updates to the Application Interface Specification.
- Effectively escalate and resolve issues in collaboration with the team and/or the vendor.
- Review designs and solutions from Technical Teams/Vendors, ensuring functional compliance with requirements.
- Analyze and address defects raised during SIT, and liaise with the internal Product Owner and/or vendor on fixed delivery dates.
- Define UAT cases/plans and serve as a liaison between project stakeholders and the testing team during the Testing Phase. Ensure timely tracking, follow-up, and closure of reported defects.
- Provide support and clarification during SIT/UAT, Regression testing, and Rehearsal testing.
- Independently resolve issues, identify solutions, and escalate promptly.
- Support and plan users’ participation in Deployments and Implementation, including User's Sanity and/or Penny Testing (PVT).
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other application/project teams to develop new products.
- Contribute to the end-to-end solution for new products.
- Participate in defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives.
- Share support and expertise by providing training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
