Exposure to Asset Management operations is considered advantageous, providing a more comprehensive perspective on data governance within the financial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role within the Data & AI team, fostering the integration of Collibra across our client's diverse Local Business Units (LBU).
- Establish and rigorously enforce data quality standards to guarantee unwavering consistency and precision, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a distinguished Collibra Subject Matter Expert (SME), addressing intricate data quality issues and actively contributing to continual enhancements.
- Craft and maintain meticulous documentation on data quality policies, procedures, and optimal practices within the Collibra framework.
- Conduct training sessions for users on Collibra tools, cultivating a culture of awareness and adherence to well-defined data quality standards.
- Contribute significantly to the overarching data governance framework, ensuring steadfast compliance with rigorous data quality standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with data stewards, instilling a sense of data ownership in quality-related matters and ensuring the meticulous execution of data quality policies.
- Maintain a close working relationship with Collibra as a vendor, adeptly resolving technical platform issues through coordination and solution-oriented approaches.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with the Collibra Data Quality tool and Databricks.
- Showcase robust technical prowess in data, underscored by a track record of successfully implementing large-scale projects.
- Prior experience in developing data governance processes is considered a notable advantage.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of integration mechanisms between applications, particularly concerning lineage and metadata harvesting.
- Prior exposure to Asset Management operations is a valuable asset.
- Essential experience in Data Governance processes to ensure Collibra seamlessly aligns with defined process requirements.
