Student Admissions Executive
Responsibilities
- Analyze the applications of prospective students based on admission policies.
- Provide clarifications and assistance to student’s queries related to Student Pass application, appeal and issuance.
- Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
- Advice students about the admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
- Provide support to prepare admission related presentations and to host student receptions.
- Contact point of international students.
- Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
- Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
- Provide support to the Vice-President of Student Recruitment & Admissions as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal, social and customer service skills
- Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask
- Able to commit in overtime work when required and during Peak periods of the University calendar
- Relevant experience is an added advantage
