Job Description:
- Design and drive implementation for Consumer and SME’s Loan Collection strategy, including but not limited to workflow design, phone collection, site collection, legal procedure, outsource management, etc.
- Conduct collection performance data analysis, monitor key performance indicators, present findings, and recommendation to senior management.
- Drive the Collection system development and ongoing enhancement.
- Enable to communicate technicality with PM/Developers/Other stakeholders
- Evaluate credit risk based on analysis of both quantitative and qualitative factors, and provide feedback to credit risk lifecycle optimization.
- Perform ad hoc credit risk analysis and portfolio deep dive when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Over 3 year relevant experience in Bank Collections capacity, SME debt collection experience preferred
- Possess problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with legal actions for debt collection
- Self-motivated and detailed oriented team player who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good data analysis skills, hand-on experience with SQL is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
