Role and responsibilities
- Employees leaves management
- Post job offers on job boards
- Onboarding and departure of employees (contract, documentation, insurance etc..)
- Follow-up / performance assessment of employees
- Monthly timesheets collection and control
- Update HR policy as required
- Documents preparation with Talent acquisition team
- Prepare payroll
Ideal candidate
- 1st experience in a HR operations role
- Experience with MOM regulation
- Proficient with Google Apps and MS office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
