Responsibilities
- The candidate will be expected to contribute in the following areas:
- Understand the online sales journey and steps, design and document the requirements on tracking, translate to google/firebase analytics requirements, provide testing support and guidance to the developers and web teams.
- Synchronize the analytic tags across the online sales platforms
- Engage in full acceptance testing and troubleshooting of tracking issues together with developers
- Develop reports and dashboard on google analytics or looker studio on both health and performance metrics and marketing effectiveness
- Partner platform owners to analyze data from various dimensions to uncover opportunities/wastage
- Provide the analysis of the sales platforms to Bus
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
Skills/Requirement
- At least 3 years Digital analytics implementation, implementation testing and reporting experience with Google Analytics and firebase.
- Strong communications skills, both written and spoken engaging both business and technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel or JavaScript is a must
- Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc) and tag management system (GTM, etc) is a must
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, SQL) and Google Developer APIs
- Experience in handling digital analytics business/marketing requirements and generating reports for sales, ecommerce, post login and app journeys analyses
- Experience with HTML and Google Data studio to setup regular reporting for reporting
- Experience in defining analytics tracking code requirements for developers, and guiding developers through implementation of analytics requirements, testing and live deployment
- Experience in verifying, deploying and troubleshooting triggers and tags through GTM
- Experience in reading and analysing of various data sets to uncover opportunities
- At least high-level understanding of the martech landscape (e.g. SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Emails, Facebook)
- Have passion for analytics and the value it brings to businesses
- Strong problem-solving skill
