Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process and system mapping for the three hubs, identifying gaps and proposing harmonised processes and tools
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for transformation initiatives
- Develop presentations for project meetings and communication on transformation progress
- Create SOPs for new processes and technologies, ensuring alignment with APAC and MEA best practices
- Oversee information systems projects in collaboration with external consultants and vendors
- Assist in impact budgeting and reporting related to transformation projects
To succeed in this role as a Project Manager (Transformation) [12 months, extendable], you must be someone who is committed to delivering excellent customer service, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key Requirements:
- Experience/certification in project management, process improvement, and change management
- At least four years of experience in transformation, and worked on several transformation projects
- Familiarity with financial reporting in multinational companies is essential
- Previous experience in leading transformation or system enhancement, particularly in finance
- Sound understanding of data flows and the interaction of information systems
- Excellent communication and people skills are crucial for successful collaboration
- Ability to propose technology strategies (Cloud, RPA, AI) to optimise processes within the organisation
