- Create and cultivate new business prospects with prospective clients as your responsibilities
- Assure the attainment of sales, operational, and business performance goals by collaborating closely with the operations, accounts, and sales teams
- Every inconsistency must be quickly addressed or fixed.
- Exceeding sales goals while adhering to company policies and the guidelines set forth by the sales management.
- Engage with clients in discussions about contracts and prices.
- Make and execute sales visits and calls.
- As requested by the Country Manager, ad hoc job duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in NVOCC or forwarding
- Excellent written and speaking English skills
- Critical analysis and original problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven and sales-focused, with a track record of maintaining and expanding accounts
- Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- 'Can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities
- Possesses a strong desire to advance the company
