Finance Assistant
Highlights:
- Industry: F&B – Bakery
- 5 days’ work week; 9am – 6pm
- Remuneration: Up to $3000
- Location: One-North
- Monthly Phone & Daily Meal allowances provided
- This is a 2 month contract position ( Non-Renewable & Non- Convertible)
The Challenges:
- Handling E-Invoicing daily (Main Focus on pop-up events) / Delivery Orders
- Handling of bank reconciliations
- Review and match GL receipts and payments to monthly bank statements
- Following up with payments as and when necessary
- Handling of petty cash and claims
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What it Takes:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit to OT as and when needed (OT payable)
