Cheil is expanding and we are inviting candidates to join our growing team. Reporting to Senior Digital Strategy Director, we are looking for candidates for the following position:


Performance Marketing Manager


As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our paid media strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You will lead a media planning and operation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.


Responsibilities:


· Paid Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with company objectives.

· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Meta, DV360, and others.

· Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.

· Ad-Tech Expertise: Utilize ad-tech tools, media pixels, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to target audiences effectively and optimize campaigns at an advanced level.

· 360-Degree Digital Touch Points: Leverage a deep understanding of consumer behavior across web and app platforms to maximize digital touch points.

· Client Communication: Use excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively address business challenges for clients and stakeholders.


Qualifications:


· At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing field

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· Years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.

· Enthusiastic about learning and staying updated with industry trends.

· Strong self-motivation with a focus on achieving business growth and taking ownership of projects.

· Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

· Hands-on experience with various ad platforms including TikTok, Meta, DV360, and Google Search.

· Knowledge of ad-tech tools and the ability to leverage them for audience targeting and campaign optimization.

· Strategic media planning capabilities with a 360-degree digital touchpoint approach.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to solve business challenges for clients.
