Part time pay: $10 - $12/hr
Shifts Available (Shift 1 - 2 are weekday shifts, Shift 3 - 4 are weekend shifts)
• Shift 1: 8:30am - 3pm
• Shift 2: 3pm - 9pm
• Shift 3: 9:30am - 3pm
• Shift 4: 3pm - 9pm
Job Description:
• Managing of general enquiries received
• Be familiarised with floor plan to give clear and accurate information to customers, patrons, members of the public and corporate visitors
• Collection of materials/deliveries/gifts/donations
• Issuing of Security Access Card
• Assist corporate visitors to register using the vendor management system
• Assist HR in contest matters
• Franking of postal mail/packages
• Locking and unlocking of tender box before and after tendering period
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level.
• Candidates with relevant receptionist/admin experience in an office-tower/mall-based environment will have an advantage.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a team setting.
• Good problem-solving skills and well-organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel.
• Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Know how to prioritize urgent / important tasks.
