Requirement:
GCE "O" Level or Poly.
Must be able to work OT
Shipping line experience is preferred
Must be able to operate on Microsoft exchange, Microsoft excel/word
Good personality & must be a team player
Can start work immediately.
Renumerations 2.8K – 3K
Responsibilities for Customer Service Booking Executive
Ensure all booking is accepted within the 2hr KPI
Ensure all bookings is arranged correctly without errors
To be able to liaise internally & also with our HQ for the space requirements.
To be able to correspond with various agents from our vast network around the world
Report generating
Manage and organize records and files
