· Recruitment & employment matters
· Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
· Register and update OFWAS
· Apply levy waiver
· Monitor and update leave according to Company’s policy
· Responsible for timely and accurate execution of government-claim submissions-childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claim
· Prepare authorities survey form for submission
· Responsible for flight and hotel bookings
· Handle company insurance policy such as Foreign Worker Medical Benefits, Fire, Workmen Injury Compensation Insurance and Public Liability
· Responsible for sourcing & registration of all training courses, update training record
· Renew company vehicle road tax & insurance
· Organize company events e.g., such as Chinese New Year and Christmas celebration
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
