- Promote the implementation of sales management policies and systems throughout the network and provide support
- Assist in completing the setting and decomposition of sales management indicators
- Monitor sales management indicators and assist in analyzing the causes of abnormal indicators
- Establish and improve the sales analysis and management evaluation methodology, and implement promotion training, and regularly analyze and output sales work reports based on the methodology, find problems, put forward improvement suggestions, and follow up the results
- Promote the implementation of the sales assessment and reward system for business promotion projects, and effectively motivate the performance of the sales team
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required, logistics management major is preferred
- Possess rich theoretical knowledge in data statistics and analysis
- 5 years and above experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong data analysis skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit
