Project Planner

Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
2. Identify and address any issues that may arise during production with relevant departments.
3. Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
4. Communicate with customers on enquires as and when required.
5. Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with at least 2 years of related experience.
2. Ability to interpret BOM & Drawings.
3. Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
5. Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
