Job Description
-Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
-Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
-Daily enter key data from 3-4 outlets of financial transactions in database
-Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
-Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
-Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
-Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.
Requirements
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel,
-Reporting skills, typing proficiency
-Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
-Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
-1-2 years of experience in clerical accounting or min Dip.
