Job Descriptions
- Shop management, working closely with Japanese General Manager and Director to manage shop related.
- Managing shop operations
- Managing shop staff, shift scheduling of work for sales staff
- Managing products (Mainly bags and watches)
- Building relationship with customers
- Communicating with customers
- Manage and analyze budget and actual result, and propose action plans for further development
- Report on actual result, buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Training and motivate shop staff to achieve goal, follow company policies and procedure
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Shop management experience in retail business (luxury brand related field would be preferred)
Working hours
- Rotating shift / must work on weekends and PH/ 7-8 days off a month
