We are looking for Ecommerce Sales Administrator to support our Sales Manager and Sales Team in administering ecommerce and sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales manager in administration work, such as preparing quotations, tax invoices, delivery orders, and more.
- Coordinate delivery services for local and overseas customers.
- Demonstrate strong communication skill.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage e-commerce accounts (Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, and eezee).
- Learning the intricacies of the business, understanding customers’ needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum with 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce platform, such as Lazada or Shopee.
- Ambitious and willing to take on challenges.
- Wiliness to go that extra mile for colleagues and customers.
- Pro-active and self-motivated.
- Comfortable in face-to-face interactions.
- Teamwork, organizational skills, resourcefulness, initiative and good follow-up skills
- Must enjoy working with hardware gadgets and software setups.
- Knowledge in Engineering and Technology is an advantage
- Possess at least ITE Nitec, SPM or higher
General Terms:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm).
- Basic Salary: $2000.00 to 3200.00.
- On-job-training will be provided for the selected candidate.
