Optimum Solutions is on the look out for a Project Analyst for one of our prestigious banking clients in Singapore.
Job Summary:
As a project analyst you will support the Project and Program Managers to deliver their commitments. On day-to-day basis, the Project or Program Manager shall provide instructions about the deliverables expected. Being timely and accurate is a critical success factor for this job function.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Support the program lead in providing oversight of the purpose, status, project financials, risks and issues across projects and coordinate decision-making at program level to ensure that project goals are properly monitored.
· Perform project document control and management, follow-up sign off for all deliverables, cost control and finance reporting.
· Perform project reviews and audits, organize project meetings, arrange and assist with logistics for various project activities.
· Ensure the SDLC adherence and monitor the implementation within the project, assist PM in preparing various governance forums presentations.
· Perform all the management reporting and responsible for collating reports for senior IT management.
· Support the project team with various procurement related activities such as getting quotes from vendors, raise purchase requests, process invoices, and facilitate payment in consultation with the Project or Program Manager.
· Capture meeting minutes and distribute as per project communication needs.
Requirements:
· 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
· Prior experience in Banking is a plus.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Understanding of IT project SDLC and agile methodology
· Understanding of IT project financials
