Our Client is a well establisted Global Market Leader in the leading fluid system component manufacturer. Their applications is in Oil Refining, Nuclear Research, Power Generation, the Semiconductor, Oil and Gas and Chemical Processing industry
As a Inside Sales, the primary focus of this role is to serve segment customers, providing technical assistance to customers, including serving walk-ins as referenced by customer service will be among the major day-to-day activities.

Job Description
- Manage a pool of customer accounts with low annual revenues.
- Address technical queries, assist with part numbering, and up-sell products complementing the application in discussion.
- Identify accounts with potential for growth, develop account plans and garner help from other departments as necessary to achieve the desired goals.
- Keep track of new applications identified through the process and share with the larger Sales team.
- Understand customers’ challenges and suggest appropriate solutions to address their challenges.
Requirements
- Nitec or Diploma science/technical discipline with 3+ years of inside sales experience covering industries in Singapore.
- Some experiences in dealing with Oil & Gas, Semi-conductor and Refining / Petrochemical industry is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications, basic knowledge of SAP B1.
