Responsibilities
Perform full office administration, HR/personnel matters and reception duties.
Manage MD's timesheet, calendar, appointments, file views and screen calls
Attend to vendors and contractors
Data entries and daily staff attendance
Monitor, replenish, purchase office and pantry supplies
Managed office equipments and maintenance of facilities
Assist other departments and support business needs
Be point of contact for internal and external parties.
Requirement
2-3 years secretarial/PA, office admin and/or HRM experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel
Ability to work beyond office hours for events at times
9am to 6pm/Mon to Fri (2 hours duty one Saturday monthly)
Salary $2,800 to $3,300/month
Commencement - immediate or short notice
