- The cook will prepare meals according to established recipes. Ingredient preparation, adherence to the restaurant menu, and compliance with food health and safety protocols are all part of the job. Cook, clean, help other cooks and workers, and deliver food in a fast-paced setting. Work may involve using a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous team experience is preferred, as is knowledge of various cooking methods.That cook must play a multitasking function, which includes washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen.
