Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing full administration support with emphasis on processing of all administrative aspects of incoming donations.
  • Processing, follow up with bank verification and tracking of recurring/GIRO donations and requests.
  • Data entry, manage and maintain record of all donations received (individual, corporate, foundations & trusts), be the main point of contact between the Finance team and Fundraising team.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of fundraising income.
  • Provide up-to-date and accurate information on donations.
  • Correct classification of Unrestricted & Restricted donations.
  • Preparing and sending out donation receipts including thank you letter to donors.
  • Preparation of monthly statistics report on fundraising progress.
  • Generate complete and accurate donation records to Finance for submission to IRAS (TDR) and AIC from Salesforce.
  • Manage and tracking of sales of products on Bizlink and Fairmarch e-commerce.
  • Data management of donors (updating of records).
  • Perform other office support related duties including filing, copying, scanning of forms, and supporting documents.
  • Attend fundraising committee meeting and recording of minutes of meeting.
  • Manage all donation in-kind requests. Liaise and coordinate with donors and internal departments to make the necessary logistics arrangements.
  • Any other duties as & when assigned.



Requirements

  • Min Nitec/Higher Nitec Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent. Prior working experience in non-profit organization an advantage.
  • Ability and comfortable to work with Excel, especially pivot table.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with people effectively (internal and external) over the telephone.
  • High standard of numeracy skills in accurately entering and recording financial data.
  • 100% accuracy on compliance with all donor and donation data and processes.
  • Able to operate in team and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
  • Meticulous, detailed and to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Preferably Salesforce Competent.
  • Microsoft Office Competent, particularly excel and pivot table to prepare monthly statistics report on fundraising progress.
