Responsibilities
· Creation of 3D Fire protection model content and ensuring model quality control
· Comply Project modeling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes
· Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines
· comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project
· Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models
Requirements
· Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering / M&E qualification
· Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions
· Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage
· Experience in Fire Protection Systems design and prepare drawings
· Understanding of Local code requirements for Fire Protection Systems
· Experience in Hydraulic calculation for Fire Protection Systems will be an added advantage.
