POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
· Monitoring of adequate implementation and performance of inspection Tests Plans (ITP’s) by
Subcontractors.
· Develop and monitoring of Non Conformance reports (NCR’s).
· Monitoring and verification of Corrective actions applied (CAR’s).
· Assure that is maintained up-to-date inspection record files. Verify the documents for completeness and
initiate corrective actions if required through the field superintendent.
· Teach to people involved in training program the knowledge assign to the respective disciplines.
· Provide assistance to discipline superintendents and supervisors on interpretation of quality
requirements.
· Assist the project field engineer in day-to-day quality control and assurance matters.
· Assist the pre-commissioning team in the definition of the pre-commissioning systems and the
preparation of detailed component lists for each system.
· Assist the field scheduling engineers in the preparation of pre-commissioning schedules and the follow
up on progress in pre-commissioning.
· Maintain up-to-date status on test and inspections performed.
· Prepare the specific data/ report from their activity/ area in order to be included in the Monthly Quality
Report.
· Compiles and reviews the documentation that shall be included in the ‘Final Quality Dossier’ for the
different work units.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years relevant experience in similar field
