    Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a positive manner.

  4. Time Management:Efficient time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  5. Adaptability:Flexibility and adaptability to handle different roles and responsibilities as needed.
  6. Attention to Detail:Thoroughness and attention to detail, especially in roles that involve housekeeping, food service, or event planning.
  7. Stamina and Physical Fitness:Physical fitness and stamina for roles that involve standing for long periods, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
  8. Knowledge of Industry Standards:Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices, especially related to health and safety.
  9. Technical Skills:Proficiency in relevant software or point-of-sale systems for roles in administration, reservations, or front desk operations.
